BIOCRETE is an organic acid based concrete dissolver, designed to effectively and safely remove unwanted cement reside. BIOCRETE works by attacking and dissolving the binders “Portland/glue” in the concrete deconstructing the bonds between the Portland and the other aggregate media ingredients. Unlike conventional mineral acids, BIOCRETE is considered odourless, non-flammable, non-corrosive to metals, non-fuming and biodegradable. BIOCRETE will not harm painted surfaces, tools, metal surfaces, plastic surfaces, or surrounding plants and vegetation.
 
APPLICATION:
To apply BIOCRETE, simply saturate the area of hardened concrete to be removed with undiluted product through use of a sprayer or wet soft brush. Upon application the surface will begin to turn white and foam. If BIOCRETE evaporates, a white residue will begin to appear. DO NOT RINSE! Re-apply BIOCRETE to reactivate as needed until the concrete turns to a mush like consistency. Allow 10-15 minutes dwell time for BIOCRETE to remove the cement soils.
 
VEHICLE CLEANING/CEMENT REMOVAL: Apply in a fair uniform coat to the surface substrate where stubborn build up of cement has occurred. Allow a work time of 5-10 minutes then utilise a sponge or soft tip brush before light agitation/scrubbing. Rinse accordingly for removal of the soils.
MILD CEMENT BUILD UP: Dilute BIOCRETE 1:1 with water for light detailing.
 
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: 
Twelve months when stored in unopened, original containers. Storage area should be not exposed to extreme temperatures. Do not expose to direct sunlight in storage.
